Spoke with Milred S. She said the quality of the work was bad and it was not completed. The rubber sealing on the sunroof is coming off and if it rains it's going to start leaking. They left their dirty handprints on the glass. They didn't paint the rear bumper and her son is going to call Geico to take the vehicle back because this facility took advantage of her. The repair was supposed to be finished on July 23rd, but then it was bumped to the 27th and then the 30th because they were waiting on a part. The sunroof was dirty and the man was rude and unprofessional because he called her on the 28th to tell her the vehicle was ready. She and her son work and she told him she would pick the vehicle up on the 30th. He told her she needed to pick it up right then. She will not recommend them because of these issues and she will not go back.

Spoke to Mildred on Monday morning regarding her concerns.  She stated that no one was rude and unprofessional.  Her concerns was that the sunroof moveable shade had finger prints on it and the the seal around the headliner was loose.  She came in yesterday so that we could reattach seal and properly clean the shade.  She left with a smile.
