Spoke with Joyce. She said the people at this business are great. They called when they said they would. They provided updates every day. She could see the progress of her vehicle online, which was great. She had a good experience. She was not told when the vehicle would be ready. They only gave her an estimate. They first person told her it would be ready on the 21st, then they told her it would be ready on the 28th. She finally picked the vehicle up on the 29th. She has to go back tomorrow for them to replace the spare tire trunk floor.
