Bessie said Nate Michael kept her informed and assured her the work would be perfect, and it was. He went above and beyond for her. She has worked with other businesses in the past but none with the professionalism of this business. She said she wanted to tell them to keep up the good work.

Robin said the whole process was excellent. Her vehicle was delayed an additional 2 days because they had to send it somewhere else to get the work done.

Spoke with Ashley. She said she was not kept informed and had to call this business a couple of times. They also forgot to touch-up the paint near the left rear tailgate.

Kara said the business is always really helpful. Stephanie is excellent at what she does and deserves a raise.

Sue said she was fairly pleased with the experience. The experience was not exceptional, but it was good. Stephanie was good, but she had to call the business for updates.
