Ulos said the repairs took 30 days and the business told him it would take a couple of weeks. He had to call to check on the progress of the repair. When speaking with the staff, they told him more work was needed and the insurance company needed to okay it. He asked if he needed to call the insurance company and they told him they would handle it. After that, things progressed.
