Ross said the trunk makes a noise and it doesn't close properly. He brought his vehicle back to the business and they adjusted the trunk, but he noticed yesterday that the trunk is still having the same on-going issues. The trunk has the closing issue intermittently. His vehicle was ready about 3-4 days late because they got behind on their work. The representatives performed a pretty good job keeping him updated throughout the process. They had the lowest estimate out of three other similar businesses.
