Gail said she had to wait 3 weeks for her vehicle. It took longer than promised and the business did not give her a reason for the delay. She does not recall how late it was. She had to contact the business just to get updates on her vehicle as well as extending her loaner because of the inconvenience. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated and the communication for these reasons. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
