David said the initial estimate was wrong. The business had to go back to the insurance company to ask for more money, but he was never contacted. The vehicle was scheduled to be ready in three days. After not hearing from them on the fifth day he called them. He was then informed about the vehicle delay. The repair process took eight days instead of three days. From the time he dropped his vehicle off, there was no communication until he notified them on the fifth day. The thoroughness of the estimator was not satisfying because of what has already been shared.
