Bhaskar said in the beginning he was not satisfied with the communication from his advisor. The staff member who was helping him went on vacation and the business did not assign another advisor. His vehicle was ten to twelve days passed the promise date due to additional parts being ordered. He had to call them to find out the progress each day, but by the end the communication was better.
