Timothy said his vehicle was a week late because it needed to be painted, so he extended the rental vehicle time. There was a lot of confusion and it was hard to get his vehicle in and out. There was a lot of miscommunication and they did not call to inform him about the repairs like they should have. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated as a result and if he needs any repairs done he will not go back to them. He would not recommend them over the reasons already mentioned.
