Dave said they did a great job on the repairs, but their communication was not very good. He said they were to order the parts before he was to drop his vehicle off, but when he was not getting any information as to when or if the parts had arrived he called them to find out the parts were in. Then he made a few calls to find out when they would be done and when he could pick up his vehicle. The original estimate had to be revised and he is having to put in an additional claim to his insurance company.
