i do not have a problem with the repair yet and initially everyone was polite until i had a problem with some damage that i believe occurred while it was in their care. once i expected them to fix the problem i was put off and couldnt get a call back and once i did they were not willing to fix the problem. would not let them repair my bicycle. had thought about purchasing a honda accord from them for my son to take to college. due to my recent experience with crest i am no loner interested in purchasing anything from them.
