Zachary said this business fixed the problem with his vehicle relatively quickly. He is unsure if he was satisfied with the way he was kept informed during the repair process, but they could have done better. He suggested that they either make a website where their customers would be able to check the status of their vehicle or have a weekly follow up system where an employee would contact the customer to let them know whether or not anything has changed. They only contacted him two times during the repair process. One time when they let him know there was going to be a delay because they had to order more parts, which he was already expecting, and then they contacted him once more when his vehicle was ready. He is unsure if he was satisfied with their communication due to reasons already stated.
