Paul said he wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. He said he was told he would get his vehicle back in a week and he did, but he would have liked at least one status report call. He called them to get a status report. He said his vehicle was returned on time, but he was a little disappointed because when he came to this business before they did the work in two days. The personnel are great and Stephanie is his favorite. Stephanie helps him with everything. She's very personable and friendly, she does a great job, and she puts his mind at ease when he's upset about having to get repairs done. He said Stephanie makes certain she explains everything that needs to be done and she explains everything they did.
