Troy said the repair facility did a good job with the repair. The person he dealt with was very cordial and professional. He said they did not tell him how long the work would take, but the vehicle was at the facility for over a month. His vehicle had to be sent to Crest Honda for the air conditioning to be fixed and Mr. Reyes, the technician didn't tell his insurance that the compressor was bad because there was no actual physical damage. He said in his opinion, upon impact it shorted out and sent an electrical shock to the condenser. He had to pay $855 to replace it. He said the same person also told him the belts and hoses needed to be replaced, but he took his vehicle to another business for a second opinion and he was told they were fine. He said the technician is dishonest and he is not looking out for the consumer. He said he is very disappointed with him because he made the wrong call.
