Amber said the repairs took awhile to get done. She initially was told they would be completed in two weeks and instead they took an entire month. She was not given a reason for this delay. They did not contact her insurance company resulting in the insurance company almost cutting her off and wanting to charge her for the rental vehicle that she was given. She had to do most of the communicating to find out the progress of the repairs, rarely was she given a call by them.
