Spoke with David. He said he had some issues with this facility. They were undergoing a new manager and a new dealership manager. He had an issue and none of the employees would follow through with anything. They did the repairs and they were excellent. The craftsmanship and paint work were superior. He is willing to forgive and forget about the communication issue. It was the manager's first day and she had apologized and said she was going to fix things. He likes that they follow up and his experience was good. The people at this facility did not follow through due to the issues mentioned earlier. He would probably recommend this business, for their repairs were excellent, which was the most important part. His vehicle is an Audi and this facility is Audi certified, which is why he chose them.
