Kella said this business kept her vehicle for 3 months but they promised it would be ready in 6-8 weeks. They told her the delay was because of parts. She was not kept informed because she had to call them to find out the status of the repair and they never communicated with her. She would not recommend this facility because of the delay and they did not do the alignment that was needed. Her vehicle had to be sent to another facility so the alignment could be done.
