Brad said they could have inspected his vehicle before returning it to him. There was overspray in various spots and areas where his vehicle wasn't painted. He is now in a battle with the insurance company for the completion of the repairs. The storm damage wasn't all taken care of. He wasn't given a promised time. He was concerned about the end so he left two voice mails which weren't returned for 2 days, affecting his being kept informed and the communication. The descriptive part of the estimate could have been better, because State Farm took off some recommended repairs. The estimator could have been more understanding of the storm damage. The staff was very nice and professional. They may have used some shortcuts at the beginning of the process which caused a ripple effect. He chose this business from the Honda website, because it was the only certified Honda repair business in his area. He requested someone from this business call him to see if they can help him resolve these issues.

I am sure that you now realize that the issues that you have are with your insurance company and that we are more than willing to help you in any way possible.
