Manoj said the estimate was more than he expected. His vehicle was five days late but he was not given a reason for the delay. He stated he thinks it may have been delayed because of paint work but he is unsure. He was not kept informed because he had to always follow up with them. He was not satisfied with the communication because he would have liked more communication.
