Gena said she thought Jim did an outstanding job and he went above and beyond the call of duty. He helped her with the rental vehicle and he spoke with the insurance company. She said she has had accidents before and the adjustor just did their job, but Jim made sure everything she needed was taken care of and it was done in a timely manner. She said she cannot say enough good things about him. Her vehicle looks great and he made sure she was able to stay at work.
