Review for Crest Cadillac Collision Center

Charles said that the business took 4 weeks with his vehicle and they told him it would only take 2. He said that his vehicle was a Jaguar and he was taking it to a Cadillac business, but they had to take it back and forth to the dealer for repairs. The business painted his bumper the wrong color and had to repaint it. The business called to tell him there was an error with his vehicle in the computer and they had to tow it back to business. Then someone called and asked him if one of the service representatives could drive his vehicle home for a trial run, but that was never done. He said that his insurance made a $4,000 claim on his vehicle and to make things better for him, one of the service representatives offered him 25 percent off of each brand new tire. Charles has no confidence in the business and would not recommend them.
