Tessy said her vehicle was due in 6 days, but ready in 3 weeks. She waited for several days without receiving updates. On the day her vehicle was due to be ready, she called and learned it would take at least another week, due to a supplement. She had to call for updates to stay on top of the repairs. She brought her vehicle back today, because the passenger front door wouldn't open from the outside, and the hazard lights would come on. The staff was fairly thorough, very nice, and very helpful when she would call them. She would be hesitant to recommend them. If they would tweak the communication, she would highly recommend them.
