Gregg said he would rate his overall experience with the business a 4 because one of his headlight bulbs was not working when he received his vehicle back from the business. He was not comfortable saying whether or not he is satisfied with the quality of the repair because its only been 1 week since he had the work performed, and there was a lot of engine work done. He is however very satisfied with the physical appearance of the vehicle.
