Bennie said his vehicle was supposed to be ready on Friday. He said he asked them to keep him informed about the status of his vehicle and he didn't hear back from anyone. On Monday the person who was working on his vehicle was out. The person he dealt with gave him some figures for how much it would cost him to get his vehicle back. They could have done a better job of keeping him informed. The insurance company did not forward the check to repair his vehicle and he didn't know about it. They could have told him about it so he could have contacted the insurance company.
