Jennifer said her vehicle was ready 20 days later than promised. There was a parts delay and poor communication. She said they did not seem to give her vehicle top priority when the parts arrived to finish the work. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. She said the communication was poor, but she chose not to elaborate. One light is brighter than the other, so she plans to come back to have the issue resolved. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
