Rodney said he was not given a promised time for his vehicle to be ready, but he thought the process took too long. His vehicle was sitting at this business for four days while the business was waiting for parts to come in. He paid for a rental vehicle and if he had known that his vehicle was just sitting at the business waiting for parts to come in then he would have not rented a vehicle. This business communicated more with his insurance company than with him. He said he is not mad or irritated with this business and he will return.

Rodney I do apologize that your insurance company did not identify all of the danages to your car up front. As you know we pre ordered the parts based on the insurance estimate that was provided to us. We do have to communicate with the insurance company as well as you. Your insurance company is also supposed to update you when additional damages are found. I hope that we have returned your vehicle to pre accident condition and apologize for the inconvenience.
