Kathleen said they told her the part was in, so she brought her vehicle in on Friday. However, the part was actually due in on Monday but it never arrived. The vehicle was taken apart, but the part was still in Germany. They had her vehicle for 3 weeks, which was inconvenient. The customer service was great. She said she was satisfied with their communication with her, but there were communication gaps between the person who dealt with parts and the parts supplier.
