Review for Crest Cadillac Collision Center

Rick said that he had to take his vehicle back a second time for them to redo the work. He said that there were some damage done to his vehicle while in their possession. He couldn't remember how late his vehicle was but knows it was there past 30 days because they had to order parts and what not. Rick said that if he wanted to know the progress he had to call the business. He would not recommend for reason stated.

Sorry for the problems you experienced, it be difficult sometimes with parts delays and unexpected problems that can arise during the repair process. I am glad that we were able to finally correct all of your issues.
