Spoke with Jess. He said the repair took 1 extra day and he believes it was delayed because the business was too busy. He thought he would get more done with his insurance claim and added that this business should do more to compete with BMW.

Jess, We certainly are sorry that your car was delayed. The insurance companies do control what they consider accident related and will only repair what is deemed related. We are BMW certified and will do anything that we can to help our customers with service issues as well as paint and body issues. Thank you for allowing us to serve your needs.
