Kathryn said the business had her vehicle for five weeks. Her vehicle was delayed because they ordered the wrong parts, but they never gave her a specific time. She said for the damage that was done, it should have not taken as long as it did. She had to contact the business to find out the status of her vehicle. She would not recommend the business due to the reasons listed above and she will never take her vehicle back to the business. She has taken her vehicle to the business before and she was satisfied with the service she received but this time she was not satisfied. Nate was kind and contacted her when she called. He did not initiate calls to update her on the status of her vehicle unless she contacted him first.
