April said she didn't know if it was the shop or service but it took nearly a week for a recall. She took her vehicle in and they sent it to service for a recall. This facility told her the delay was on the service side but she didn't know whether they were telling the truth. They'd told her the repair would take 2-3 days, but she brought it in on the 13th, and she just got her vehicle back on the 24th. She wasn't kept informed because she had to call them during the repair, and she wasn't satisfied with the communication because no one called. The estimator was good.

April, I have checked into the delays and did find that the recall itself was the reason for the delay. I do apologize for the confusion, sometimes when there are two different departments involved things like this happen. I am glad that you were happy with the collision repairs and that the estimator did a good job.!
