Barbara said the business screwed her vehicle up. She said she found that the wheel bearings were bad after the visit and the business could not find the issue. She had to take the vehicle to her Mercedes facility to have the wheel bearings replaced. The repairs took two weeks longer than she expected because the business had to order extra parts. She was not kept informed during the process and had to initiate contact with the business. She would not recommend this business based on the experience.

Barbara we do apologize that the wheel bearing wasn't adressed when we took your car to Mercedes facilty as they did all of the mechanical work on this repair. Sometimes things like wheel bearing don't identify as bad until miles have been put on the car. We did recommend to insurance company to replace the hub and bearing, but they denied that request uo front. The extra parts that were ordered weren't on the estimate provided to us by your insirance company. At any rate we do apologize and hope that you don't need any certified collsion repairs in the future.
