Phil said he has been trying to call them today, but cannot get through. He needs his vehicle cleaned up, re-painted, and the bumper fixed right. He was not satisfied with their estimate, quality, or treatment because they did not do what was agreed, even though it was all tagged out to be done. They should have asked him if they were going to perform work that was less than what was specified. He is not asking for anything extra. Even the work that a regular person would do would be okay. They did not clean up after themselves. There are adhesives in, over, and around edges, of the wrong color. The bumper looks horrible. They did not use the right tint of paint. The top coat is missing the correct special effects. They only repaired the bumper, instead of replacing it, but it just needs to be right either way. They did not give him a promised time. He dropped it off on Monday and they called Friday to say it was ready. He was not satisfied with their communication because there was none. People need to talk to people. He never heard the first thing about how the repair process was going. It took them 5 days to do what little there was to do. He rented a vehicle for 5 days. They never called back to see if he got their one message, so he did not pick up the vehicle until Tuesday. The personnel are usually okay. They do quality repairs most of the time. He is usually well treated by everyone.
