Tracee said everything was done to her satisfaction. It was more cost-efficient than she expected. Her vehicle was 2 days late due to them not having the correct phone number for Tracee. Stephanie probably just read the number wrong. Tracee added that initially she felt frustrated, until she found out Stephanie had tried to leave many messages. Stephanie was not available whenever Tracee called. Otherwise, everything went as planned. She added she was very pleased overall.
