Nora said she wasn't given a promised time. She was told it would take 2.5 weeks after the parts arrived, but they took forever. Then she was told her vehicle would be ready on Wednesday and to call then. When she called, she was told they painted the bumper the wrong color, so it would be ready the next day. On Thursday, she was told they painted it the wrong color again. She wasn't kept adequately informed, because she had to call for updates, also affecting the communication. The insurance company dealt with the estimate, so she didn't evaluate the estimator. Since the bumper was delayed, she had to pay for a rental vehicle out of pocket for two days.
