Kimberly said she was very, very pleased with the level of service she received from Keith. He went above and beyond, by keeping her informed of the progress each day. She really appreciated the service, because it was a great concern. She was paying for the repair services out-of-pocket. The more he kept her up-to-date, the more impressed she was with his level of communication. When she picked up her vehicle, the technician who worked on her vehicle came out along with Keith, and they showed her the vehicle, and explained everything to her satisfaction. She understood how they fixed the repairs underneath her vehicle, and as a result, she doesn't have any worries about her vehicle. She could not say enough good things about the business. This is the third vehicle she purchased from the business, and it won't be her last vehicle from the business. The rental representative performed a good level of service. She didn't have to wait long, about 10 minutes, for a nice, clean vehicle. She received the same level of repair services 10 years ago from the business. Under the circumstances, it was a very positive experience.
