Ron said he vehicle was ready about four to five weeks later due to a parts delay. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because they never returned his phone calls. He left several messages at this business and they denied he ever called. Eventually they told him they don't even check the messages so if he wanted to get in touch with them to send an email. The estimate was done through the insurance company so he never saw it. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated for the reasons mentioned and because at times they were extremely helpful and others times it was very hard to get them to cooperate. He was not satisfied with their communication and would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned. He said it seems they had a real lack of urgency to repair his vehicle and he ended up having to pay for the extra time on a rental vehicle.
