Andrew said his vehicle was ready 6 weeks later than promised and he does not know why. He never got a phone call from the business, he always had to call them and leave a message. They did not always get back to him. He would not recommend this business to others for the above reasons. The rental vehicle place called him and told him that his vehicle was ready a week previously and now he is trying to figure out who is going to pay the bill for his rental vehicle. The business never told him that his vehicle was ready. He owes the rental vehicle place around $290 for the extra week.
