Phonethip said when his vehicle was returned to him there were cosmetic details that were not addressed. There were plastic pieces that were not pushed all of the way into place and there was a hole that had not been filled. He contacted the business about these issues but they only fixed the plastic. It is still making noises but he will not contact the business about this because they do not pay attention to detail. He will not recommend them due to this experience.

Phonethip I am confused as to why you are upset with us as we didn't repair your due to it being a total loss, we did try to put your totalled 2000 Honda accord back in driveable condition and didn't charge you anything. We try to please everyone but I guess going above and beyond and then not charging for it was a mistake in the case!
