Tamanna said the tire pressure was low when she picked the vehicle up and it was fine before. She was told it might have just been the weather, but after a few days the light hadn't gone off, so she put more air in and reset the computer. She said the indicator light turned off. The contents of her trunk were not put back correctly, it was crammed into the backseat, so she had to move it all back herself. The employee she worked with was wonderful and they took care of her. She said she called the insurance company for her and they made it possible to have the estimate done at the facility. She was able to drop her rental vehicle off at this business, which she appreciated.
