Mayuresh said his overall experience with them could have been better. His horn is not fixed correctly. They missed a spot on the passenger's side. There is a scratch they missed on the A pillar and there is a scratch on the bottom of the steering wheel that wasn't there before. This is the second time he has had to bring his vehicle back. They didn't have a loaner vehicle for him on his second visit. Whenever they are going to have the vehicle over night they should have a loaner vehicle available, especially when it's in to fix an oversight on their part. It took a total of 7 weeks to repair his vehicle. Stephanie did a great job. She was very accommodating.

Mayuresh we do apologize for the work that was missed by us and by your insurance company. Normally the insurance company will provide the rental transportation when they have missed damages on their estimates and if not we will always provide the rental. I am not sure why this happened but and do apologize that it did. Please if you have any other concerns, let me know and I will handle them personally.
