Carson said this business was average. It took a little longer than the promised time. He said his vehicle was at the business eight days before Thanksgiving. He did not get his vehicle back until six days after the holiday. They told him it was because of the holidays. He said he had to initiate every phone call to get updated. There were some issues with the loaner vehicle and how many days he was going to have it. He said no one called and informed him about it. He would not recommend the business due to this experience.
