Spoke with Eugene. He said the repair was fine but the time frame of the repair went over so he gave the overall experience with Crest Cadillac Body Shop a 3 rating. Also, he failed to state how late the repair process was but communicated the delay of parts caused the delay of the vehicle. He mentioned the business didn't call him during the repair process. The business could have made a better effort to keep him informed so he isn't completely satisfied with the communication.
