Deborah stated that the vehicle wasn't promised at a certain time but did say that it only mattered that the work was done right. She mentioned that Stephanie the estimator was the reason that she gave the business a 5. Deborah added that she made everything very easy when she had to bring the vehicle back for a minor thing that the business missed. She didn't elaborate as to the issue with the vehicle but said they did a good job.
