Sean said the work this business did was fine, but their communication could have been better. He had to initiate all of the calls, sometimes calling multiple times to get an answer. He got his vehicle back a week to a week and a half late because a wrong door was delivered, and they had to get an insurance supplemental. The delay was not their fault.
