Spoke with Monica. She said this business is responsive and helpful but the vehicle was dusty inside and the radio code was disabled when she got her vehicle back. She waited an additional week for the repairs to be completed due to additional damage. She is only somewhat satisfied with the way she was kept informed and the communication because she had to initiate all contact with the business.
