Todd said he was only contacted when his vehicle was finished and did not receive any updates. The guy who prepared his estimate was really nice as well as the lady who processed his paperwork, they were great. The lady who called to inform him his vehicle was ready was not nice and when he arrived he told a man in the office his information and that he was there to pick up his vehicle and he looked at him like he was an idiot. He ignored him and sent someone else over to help him. There was not much communication for the reasons mentioned. They did a great job on his vehicle.
