Dick said the adjuster did not arrive to look at the damage on the vehicle for ten days. After the repair was started the adjuster had to be called back again and it took an additional three more days for him to return to look at some additional damage found. The vehicle was completed about a week later than expected due to finding some additional damage. He had to call the facility to get information regarding the repair. The vehicle was at the facility for a month.
