Abby said she told them not to detail the vehicle because she needed it sooner and they still did it. The vehicle looks beautiful and they did a great job but she needed to drive and be somewhere at a certain time. The repair was 2 or 3 days later than promised because of this and possibly because of the windshield glass not in stock but she is not certain of this and they were very apologetic for the delay. The lady estimator was really nice and dealt with her father on this.
