Robert said it took twice as long to repair as was estimated. The vehicle was also returned with a dusty interior. The vehicle was promised to be ready in 4 days but it took 8 to 10 days to complete. The cause was a trim part order. Robert said this irritated the insurance company because the parts were supposed to have been ordered ahead of time to save rental vehicle costs and time. He also said the business did not alert him to the delay and they did not give him any updates. He said he called a couple of times and the business seemed too busy to give good answers. Robert said overall he was happy with the workmanship and would return as a customer and would recommend this business.
